How much is Shipping?

We do not ship over sea.
How do you ship?
We either mail via UPS or USPS. We ship most order the next day and our choice of carrier is USPS Priority Mail, which on the average takes 7 to 14 business days for delivery. Special order may take up to eight weeks, because we must order these special from our supplier.
Where will you ship?
We will ship anywhere that UPS or USPS will ship to.
However, due to increasing number of credit card fraud cases we do not accept credit card from NON US card issuing banks.
How can I pay?

Add the item to your cart, check out and choose PayPal or your payment option. When you proceed to the final page you will see a receipt with the PayPal logo. Click on that logo to proceed to PayPal's server to complete the transaction.
Checks or Money order:( WE can not except checks or Money order from out of the USA.) Please copy down the stock numbers, Descriptions, and prices on a of paper along with your return address and information. If you do mail a order please email us to let us know at a payment is on its way and what you ordered so we can speed up the process. Then Mail with your payment to our address below. Thank you. ALL SHIPPING WILL BE AFTER THE CHECK IS CLEARED THE BANK.
Store Policy
Terms & Conditions of Sales Purchases For your convenience, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, money orders, certified checks, and personal checks. All funds must be verified and cleared before we ship any items. You can purchase our products through our online store, or by mail order.
Returns / Exchanges.
Exchanges: we will gladly exchange the item for a different size if the size you receive does not fit. The exchange must be shipped back with in 10 days after receiving the order. It must be in its original packaging or similar packaging and in "as-new" condition, with the packing slip. Skywatcher’s Dragons & Fairies reserves the right to refuse any worn or shelf-damaged items for exchange.
Returns: We gladly accept returned merchandise and will refund the cost of the returned items minus a $15.00 restocking fee and the cost of shipping. How ever they must be made no later than 10 days after receipt of order. Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in "as-new" condition with the packing slip. Skywatcher’s Dragons & Fairies reserves the right to refuse any worn or shelf-damaged items.
Delivery Damaged: Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Should your order arrive in damaged condition, immediately inform your local shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to keep your original box and packing material. You must make claims for shipping damages to the delivery carrier within three days of receipt of merchandise.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. However, we will make every effort possible to inform you should any pricing changes occur.
